Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is now offered at Be Counseling!

Walk & Talk Therapy takes sessions outdoors, which allows us to combine movement and deep conversation while existing among nature. Cue birds chirping and the feel of sun on our skin.

This type of session will be available on Friday's and some select mornings depending on availability.
